If he had the tools and knowledge to do it, he wouldn't be asking for a place to do it for him. But, i agree, if you are going to pay for someone to do it, it isn't worth the cost. The swap is quite involving, which i'm sure you know. I did mine for under $2500 but, I had most of the tools and a little time on my hands in the summer. Still not done 8 months later, still trying to work out the kinks:)
